Artisan on 18th Apartments, Nashville, TN

The Problem

Artisan on 18th is an urban apartment community coming to the Music Row area of Midtown Nashville in the winter of 2014. There are a large number of projects in the surrounding area, though few have a personality. We were challenged with coming up with a fun lifeestyle brand focussed on the surrounding area and internal amenities. 

Our Solution

Once we finished our marketing strategy (Blueprint/Foundation), we pitched a campaign "Top Shelf Living" which emphasized the nearby restaurants, bars and desired lifestyle of the young audience. Everything about Artisan on 18th is geared towards an active social life, ease of access and high quality urban apartment living.

We traveled to Nashville to direct the photography shoot for the "Top Shelf Living" campaign along with photographer, Jay Adkins. We also "crafted" Artisan on 18th coasters, koozies, stickers and posters which can be seen up and down Nashville's bar scene. To showcase the project, we also created a 3D virtual tour and series of illustrations.

We helped Artisan on 18th sponsor the 2014 Taste of Tennessee Craft Beer and Distillery Fest in their very own branded mobile leasing unit. The RV interior is fully retrofitted and showcases their apartment finishes for interested leasers - including an interactive kiosk. We designed the koozies, rack cards, tote bags and stickers that they handed out to festival goers.
